What We Do

Our Programmes

Five interconnected programme areas designed to address the barriers that affect women and girls across different stages of their lives.

Overview

Real interventions, in real communities

Each programme is delivered inside schools, universities and community institutions where women are already involved — so support meets people exactly where they are.

Our Integrated Approach

Connected programmes, because the challenges are connected

Together, these areas create a pathway from opportunity to agency, and from agency to lasting change.

01

Education

Education creates pathways to opportunity.

02

Health & Wellbeing

Health and wellbeing enable women and girls to participate fully in life.

03

Technology

Technology expands access to knowledge, services, networks and economic opportunities.

04

Economic Empowerment

Economic empowerment strengthens independence and resilience.

05

Leadership

Leadership and collective action enable women and girls to influence decisions and challenge inequality.

Our Purpose

The barriers are rarely isolated — so neither is our response

1A girl who cannot remain in school may face limited economic opportunities later in life.
2A woman without access to technology may be excluded from information, services, networks and emerging economic opportunities.
3A woman experiencing poor health may have fewer opportunities to participate fully in education, work or community life.
4These challenges are rarely isolated — so we take an integrated approach that connects opportunity, wellbeing, technology, economic agency and leadership.
