Our Purpose
The barriers women and girls face are rarely isolated
Women and girls in marginalised communities continue to face interconnected barriers to education, health, economic opportunity, technology, leadership and participation in decision-making.
- A girl who cannot remain in school may face limited economic opportunities later in life.
- A woman without access to technology may be excluded from information, services, networks and emerging economic opportunities.
- A woman experiencing poor health may have fewer opportunities to participate fully in education, work or community life.
- These challenges are rarely isolated — so we take an integrated approach that connects opportunity, wellbeing, technology, economic agency and leadership.
